The Auchan Foundation, under the aegis of the Fondation de France, has IT resources which are used to manage requests for registration to the submission platform for the project that applicants will communicate to it and to manage their funding requests. The data entered may also be used by the Auchan Foundation to respond to requests for assistance or information from applicants and to keep them informed of its actions.            
Processing of your data falls within the legitimate interest pursued by the Auchan Foundation.      

The recorded data are reserved for use of the Auchan Foundation for the above reasons only and are retained for the period strictly necessary for fulfilment of the above-mentioned purposes. The recorded data may only be communicated to Fondation de France, and where appropriate to its partners or providers subject to compliance with the data protection rules.               
In accordance with European Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on data protection and the amended Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have a right of objection. You may also access your personal data and ask for them to be rectified or erased.
